Hey Arthur, is it possible to exchange an item?

Arthur: Fauré Le Page pledges to exchange any item within 30 days of your order confirmation, if you are not fully satisfied with the item. Certain items cannot be returned. See the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for more details.

Hey Arthur, how do I return an item?

Arthur: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can select your item from your account at int.faurelepage.com under My Account / My Orders, or contact us at arthur@faurelepage.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the above conditions are met, in the event of a refund request, the price of the Item(s) and the delivery costs, shall be refunded by crediting the Customer's bank account, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following receipt by FLPM of said Items. However, the taxes and duties are non-refundable. For special orders of Personalised Items made to Customer specifications or clearly personalized, no returns or refunds can be made. However, the Customer shall continue to benefit from the legal guarantees provided for in Article 12 of these GT&Cs.

Hey Arthur, what can cause a return to be declined?

Arthur: In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Fauré Le Page will not issue a refund for any item that is returned after the deadline, incomplete (e.g. missing accessories), damaged, or soiled. Orders with charges to be paid upon receipt of the package will be automatically declined.

Hey Arthur, how long does it take to issue a refund?

Arthur: Refunds are issued within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the item(s) returned.

Hey Arthur, what should I do if there is a problem with my item?

Arthur: We take the upmost care in crafting our Ecailles (scale) canvas, selecting leathers and creating our collections. In the exceptionally rare event that you encounter a manufacturing defect, please report the issue to me via email at arthur@faurelepage.com and attach photos of your item. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
